Ages taught: 6 and up *Trial lesson available for 4 or 5 years old

Teaching at Bill’s since: 2024

Musical experience:  Grew up with formal instruction on piano, violin, and voice. All the other instruments came in their own time. I grew up in theater so I was always on a stage and always playing something new. I spent several years traveling and playing and that's ultimately what led me out east.

Teaching philosophy :  There's no such thing as a wrong note. Just notes "out of context".  So make loud mistakes!  An instrument is a vehicle for thought and thought is an interdimensional vehicle.  The relationship/connection you cultivate with your instrument is one of the most special things for a musician. Respect your treasure and play intimately so you may dream out loud.
