Bill’s Free Shipping Policy
     -     Most small sized items $99 and over qualify for free shipping right to your front door.
     -     Thousands of Items Qualify
     -     Many items ship same-day

*Some large and oversized packages (guitar cabinets, drums, pianos, etc.) may require  additional shipping charges

Free Shipping
                  As much as we’d love to offer free shipping on everything, we just can’t do it!  So there are some omissions. Thousands of items ship FREE of charge to the Lower 48 states. Most small sized items over $99 qualify for free shipping. Our Free Shipping offer is available in the continental United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or international addresses do not qualify. Some large and oversized packages (PA & guitar cabinets, drums, pianos, etc.) may require additional shipping charges and if this is the case with your order, you will be contacted immediately. In the case of expedited order requests such as 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day and Air delivery, additional shipping fees will apply.

Carriers
            Orders may be shipped using UPS Ground®, UPS Standard to Canada, FedEx Ground® or USPS Priority Mail® at the discretion of Bill’s Music, Inc. Lighter weight items may be shipped via USPS and may not contain a tracking number.

International Shipping
           
At this time, BillsMusic.com is not configured to ship internationally but we are actively working on adding a sophisticated international shipping module. However, we do welcome international orders via phone 410-747-1900 or email at orders@billsmusic.com.

            Certain manufacturers prohibit USA dealers from selling their new products outside the USA. Most of these products are marked to “ship within in the USA only” on our website. If an international order is placed for one of these items, you will be notified of the cancellation of your order and issued a full refund ASAP. Some of the manufacturers that prohibit dealers from shipping their (new) gear out of the USA include but are not limited to Alvarez, Moog, Gibson, Epiphone, Fender, EVH, Squier, Ovation, Takamine, Sabian, Gretsch, Peavey, Ibanez, Schecter, ESP, Roland, Boss, Tama and Yamaha. If you are interested in purchasing an item by one of these manufacturers and you live outside the USA, feel free to peruse our selection of used gear
as there are no restrictions on shipping previously owned items internationally.

Shipping & Delivery Times
            Once your order has been verified and if your items are in stock, any order placed by 12 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday will ship within 1 business day. Your items will be packaged professionally and carefully and insured to the full value of the item. Some items may be shipped directly to you from the factory. You will be notified of any back-ordered items and they will be shipped as we receive them. If an item is out of stock or if there are any other delays, you will be notified promptly via email or by phone. To keep you in the loop, we’ll make sure you get an email after your package is on its way and include the tracking info.    

ORDERS

Order Verification 
           All orders are subject to a verification process as a security precaution. In most cases this can be done quickly and automatically but some orders may require extended verification and this may cause a small delay in shipping. You may be contacted by our order processing department to 
confirm your billing information. When an order is shipping to an address other than the verified billing address, we may require additional information or that the alternate address be listed with the card-issuing bank. All credit card information will be verified with the issuing bank before orders are shipped. This policy is meant to protect all parties from unauthorized card use.

Order Acceptance
 
        Terms of payment shall be determined at the discretion of Bill's Music, Inc. Payment shall be made by a credit card, Paypal or some other pre-arranged method of payment acceptable to the Online Store such as Check, Money Order, Western Union, etc. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Where payment is made by credit card, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. Bill's Music conducts a strict verification process on all payments made with Credit Card or Paypal for the security of both parties. We may ask that you use an alternate payment method if the verification of your original payment is unsuccessful. We may require that items be shipped to no other address than the verified billing address. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. INVENTORY & PRICING

Price Match
            If you have found the same music gear at a lower price, please let us know! Call us at 410-747-1900 or email us at orders@billsmusic.com. We will do our absolute best to meet or beat a lower price on any identical new and in-stock item advertised by any other US Authorized dealer. Item must be advertised in a local or national paper, internet, magazine or catalogue by an authorized U.S. dealer and dealer must be a reputable online or brick and mortar store in the business of selling comparable first quality musical instruments.

Pricing 
           Prices are subject to change both up or down at any time. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information or specs received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment has been received. If you have already paid for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a full refund.

Inventory 
           Bill’s Music is a full-line retail music store with thousands of instruments in stock at our Baltimore, MD location. Some items listed on the website are not necessarily in stock at our retail store as they may ship to you directly from the manufacturer. Likewise, some items that are in stock at our retail location may not be listed on the website. If there is a musical instrument or equipment that you do not see on our website, call 410-747-1900 to speak to a representative who will be happy to assist you with a special order.

Used Items 
         Inventory of used items is updated often but it is possible that we may have recently sold a used item that you order. If this is the case, you will be notified immediately and may change or cancel your order for a full refund at your discretion. We get in dozens of previously owned musical instruments & equipment every week and will be glad to keep a look out for a comparable item for you if requested!

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Manufacturer's Warranty 
Most new products purchased from BillsMusic.com come with a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty for customers within the United States. Some manufacturer’s warranties are not valid outside of the United States. Some items must be registered with the manufacturer by the customer before the warranty takes effect. We strongly recommend that you register your product with the manufacturer immediately upon receipt so that you will be covered under the manufacturer warranty should a problem occur with your musical gear.

Bill's Music In-House Warranty: Peace of Mind Service

Bill's Peace of Mind Service for NEW Gear

          For just $19.95 per item, your purchase can include 90 days of additional Bill’s Music Peace of Mind Service. If repairs become necessary within this first 90 day period, every effort will be made to ensure that your equipment is repaired in our in-house repair facility as speedily as possible, and returned to you when promised.
            With this service, Bill’s Music will take care of the problem with your item in its own repair facility for the first 90 days after your purchase whether the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty covers your problem or not under its warranty.
a) You will NOT have to worry about finding a service center
b) You will NOT have to worry about shipping your product back to the manufacturer
c) Bill’s will shoot for a speedy, satisfactory solution to ANY problem
         This additional service does not apply to damage to this product that occurred as a result of abuse or misuse, abnormal service or handling, battery leakage or failure, damage which may have been caused either directly or indirectly by another product, or if the product was altered, modified, taken to another facility or worked on at home, nor does it cover tubes, speakers, horns, diaphragms or software. Your Bill’s Music Peace of Mind Service is offered in addition to the warranty the manufacturer offers on your equipment. Please be sure to register your Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. Please keep your Bill’s receipt of purchase.

Bill's Peace of Mind Service for USED Gear

            For a small fee per item, your purchase can include 150 days (five months) of Additonal Bill’s Music “Peace of Mind” Service. If repairs should become necessary within this additional 150 day period, every effort will be made to ensure that your equipment is repaired here in our in house repair facility as speedily as possible, and returned to you when promised.
            With this additional service, Bill’s Music will take care of any issues that may arise with your item in its own repair facility for the first 150 days after your purchase whether or not any other warranty may cover the product.

Shipping Damage

If your item suffered shipping damage during its journey to you, please contact a Bill’s Music online order representative immediately at 410-747-1900. It is very important that you keep all of your original packing materials and shipping boxes as it may need to be inspected by the carrier in order for a claim/refund to be granted.

Returns for BillsMusic.com ONLINE Purchases

Credit Card
When making your online purchase from BillsMusic.com you can feel 100% confident using your credit card as we are a verified merchant with the nation’s largest and most secure online payment gateway, Authorize.net. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please see the order verification section regarding our credit card authorization process.

Online Gift Certificate
You can purchase and redeem online gift certificates at BillsMusic.com. The balance of your online gift certificate can be checked at any time by logging into your account at Billsmusic.com. Online gift certificates may also be redeemed at our retail location in Baltimore, MD however, gift cards purchased in the retail store may not be redeemed online at this time.

Paypal
Secure online checkout is available using your Paypal account. In most cases we do require that the paypal account be “confirmed” with a “verified” shipping address. You can also use your Paypal account to make purchases in-store or over the phone as we can easily send you a Paypal invoice which you can pay in a matter of just a few clicks.

Paypal Credit
Paypal offers a Credit option that allows you to finance your purchase of $99 and more for 6 months with 0% interest. When you choose Paypal as your payment option click the Credit option to apply for financing through Paypal. You will receive your approval within a matter of just a few seconds. Long term financing for in-state (Maryland) customers
For your more expensive purchases, Long Term Financing is a great option with a lot of flexibility. Use Bill’s EZ-Pay where you decide how much to put down, and how long you’d like to pay for your musical gear.   Bill’s offers up to 36 months to pay with as little as no money down for qualified buyers. Items with a purchase price of $500 and over qualify for our 12 month, no interest financing option  You can also request to add our 90-Day Same as Cash Option. Using 90 Days Same as Cash allows you to pay NO Interest when you pay off your instrument or equipment within 90 days from the date of sale. 30-day Charge
At Bill’s Music we offer an in-house 30 day charge card which can be used as a simple, no interest way to buy now and pay later for those small accessory items you need most often such as strings, straps and other accessory items and small purchases. Rent to own
Like to “Pay while you Play?” One of our most popular payment options is our Rent-to-Own program which is available on almost all of the previously owned items that we stock.  Whether you’re looking to rent for a day, weekend or month, we’ve got you covered! Bill’s makes it easy to rent-to-own a quality brass, woodwind or stringed instrument at very reasonable prices. Our no-interest School Band Rent-to-Own program is perfect for beginning players and most instruments start at just $19.95 per month for qualified applicants. For those customers that prefer to rent for the school year with no credit check, most instruments can be rented from September to July for just $179. Layaway
Bill’s Music’s Layaway program is just one of our many convenient payment options, enabling you to get the gear you want. With Bill’s Layaway, there are no fees, and deposits are 100% refundable if cancelled within 7 days. All layaways require a minimum deposit of 10% of the purchase price, with 30 days to pay the balance and pick up. Layaways that have reached 45 days will be cancelled; the item(s) put back into stock and any deposit(s) will either be returned as check, credit card refund, or a store credit on an account in your name, minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note, some items may not be available for layaway.

Trade-Ins
We pay Ca$h for your musical gear and also take it as a trade-in toward the purchase of musical instruments and equipment here at Bill’s Music.
