"Looked all over my local area for a Blueridge guitar, and saw that Bill's had them available on-line. I wasn't sure if there were any BR160 CE's in stock so I called. They had 2, sent one out immediately. It was easily the best price I could find, and I was able to talk to real person for the order. Mick took a picture of it before sending it my way. BUT - tragedy struck and UPS damaged the unit beyond repair en route. The folks at Bill's stuck with me, understood how disappointed I was and made sure that I got another new unit sent to me as soon as possible.
