I have been coming to Bills for years. In the last couple of years, my son has gotten into playing and Bills has played a big part in that. We've gotten great recommendations for gear (thanks Matt) and the one small issue we had (setup on a guitar) was taken care of immediately and completely. They've price matched anything that we could find cheaper and have done a bunch of small things that make a big difference.
